Shipping policy

All orders will be fulfilled within 24-48 hours and shipped out Monday-Friday, with the exception of launches and sales. During these times, processing can take anywhere from 3-7 business days. Any orders placed after 10am HST Friday will be shipped out Monday morning. Once fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number.

Follow this tracking number, as Lash Meka is not liable for any issues regarding your shipment once it has been sent off, including lost or damaged packages. Please contact USPS or your international post if you are to have any concerns regarding your order. Double check your address before confirming your order and also verify that it is correct and complete on your confirmation invoice. If your address is inaccurate, the package will be sent out and returned back to Lash Meka.
